Man And Nature
Universal Being alone was, before
anything else ever existed
No time or space even; in its
quietude nothing ruled or persisted
Transforming into oneness of the universe, God’s scheme of evolution
Giving birth to a realm of
splendor; It manifested in all of creation
Galaxies, planets, stars, comets;
projected by reverberating energy
Masses of matter, this
materialization in an ecosystem filled with beauty
Breathing air into life, showering
reincarnating water from the one soul
Transplanted into myriad beings, body,
mind & heart, to make humans whole
Plants grew, animals strayed anew,
every human drank the divine brew
Concocting energizing oxygen,
heavenly aqua & fortuitous agrarian produce
Amassed was impeccable artistry in all
surrounding spectacles of nature
Magnificent mountains, flushing
meadows, gushing rivers, pristine stature
Interconnecting all components, one
dependant on the other
For subsistence & survival,
perfection in all integrated demeanor
Untainted were all blessings, until
greed prophesized the unbecoming
Blinded of all foresight, man’s
proclivity to nature, terrorizing
Consumed by intense desire to
convert natural resource to wealth
There began the destruction of the
environment, and decadence of health
Trees felled, forests razed, rocks
culled, waters wasted, animals hunted
Lost was the cohesiveness of
creation, how could balance be retained
Having destroyed nature, man
commenced warring amongst brethren
Inevitably beckoning the final
holocaust, nuclear is the oncoming demon
Watching egoistic annihilation of the
self, the Universal Being silently awaits
To reconstruct and resurrect
every iota of eternal glory, as foredoomed fate
Man will have to pay for all devastation caused by the gargantuan ego
Once it is all obliterated, there
won’t remain anything left to forego
Nature will gleefully reside in all
its supreme, halcyon magnificence
Life will be forced to start
afresh, archiving all previous malevolence
